Living a healthy and active lifestyle has always been a top priority for me. As a
trainer, I hope to educate people on the importance of eating right and exercising on a
regular basis, not only to look and feel better, but to gain tremendous long-term health
benefits as well. My goal is to help people make these choices as part of a permanent,
healthy lifestyle instead of a temporary change. By setting reasonable goals and finding
the right motivation, I believe anyone can find exercising to be fun and rewarding. |

Exercise, diet, and personal achievement have always been driving forces in my life. As an endurance athlete, I know first hand the amount of support, motivation, and dedication necessary to help people begin to work towards and reach their goals. Through training, I hope to educate people about the benefits of a healthy diet, and a longer term fitness plan, and motivate them to make the small changes necessary to begin living a healthy and beneficial lifestyle. |

Marine Corps Trained (CPR, First Aid, Combat Physical Fitness, MCMAP)
High School Athlete (Cross Country, JROTC Physical Fitness Platoon)
I have had the opportunity to train in many different styles of physical fitness. In high school I competed on the national level of orienteering which is cross country running without a guided course. At the same time I also competed in many physical fitness competitions during high school against other ROTC schools. Towards the end of high school I hit the gym and had the opportunity to train with several competitive bodybuilders for two years learning everything I could about dieting and lifting. Once out of high school I joined the Marines where I took on a whole new level of physical conditioning. I have done everything in the Marine Corps fitness wise from competitive lifting, half marathons, and combat physical fitness training. For 6 years now I have been using the training and techniques that I have learned both in the gym and in the field to live a healthy and rewarding lifestyle. Whatever your goal is I can show you how to get there, you have to do the work. |
