Training Packages

All training sessions may take place at the Aggieland Fitness Dome.  Clients do not require a membership to train with TWC, you will have access through us!  If you are interested in training in another location, which is more convenient for you, check with Charlie to see if he has established a relationship with that facility-if not he will check on that possibility!

Individual Training Package
This package is for one-on-one personal training.  Each package is set up for four weeks and includes a Nutrition Consultation for no extra charge.  We begin every new client with a fitness assessment and from that point we design a program specifically to meet each client’s needs and goals.  At the end of the package we re-access each client to show them their improvements.  We feel that nutrition is such an essential component of our program that it is discussed every workout. 

Elite Package: 5 days per week
20 sessions total to be used within one months time

Executive Package: Train 4 days per week
16 sessions total to be used within one months time

Premium Package: Train 3 days per week
12 sessions total to be used within one months time

Club Package: Train 2 days per week
8 sessions total to be used within one months time

Group Training Packages
We also offer small group training sessions of 2-4 people.  These packages are at a reduced rate and may be purchased monthly as well.  If you do not already have a group then TWC will find one for you.  Regardless of your age or fitness level, we have a group for you!  

One Year Accountability Package
This is the ultimate commitment!  One year of personal training at the lowest “per session” rate possible!  You will have one training session per week and one nutrition session per month for one year!  Talk about staying on track!  If you are in need of this kind of accountability then this is your package!  Your trainer will meet with you once a week for a great workout, a workout assignment for the week and tons of motivation for the week!  You may also add sessions each week to this package at your low rate!

6 Month Accountability Package
Same as above but for 6 month commitment

Start up Kit
This package is for an individual who simply needs a new program along with some motivation to get going.  This includes:
 Nutrition Session – see Nutrition page
 Body Composition – using Skin Fold or Tanita Scale techniques
Program Design – to meet the specific needs and goals of the client
Fitness Assessment – we will conduct an initial assessment and a follow up assessment in 6-12 weeks
Three one-on-one training sessions – to explain the program and conduct assessments
Nutrition Packages

Monthly Nutrition- One Year
Most of us are challenged daily to eat healthy.  This is a package in order to make you more aware and conscience of the way you eat.  You will meet for an initial Nutrition Consultation (see Nutrition page) and continue to meet once each month for a year.  Each meeting will require you to submit a food journal, include a body composition to track progress and discuss nutritional challenges faced that month.  This is guaranteed to bring significant results!

Monthly Nutrition- 6 months
Same as above but for 6 month commitment

We train at

Aggieland Fitness Dome
There is no membership required to train with TWC at the dome. All clients have access through TWC.
