1/4 cup almonds

Lowfat string cheese
Fat Free Yogurt
20 oz water
 

Charlie’s Special Oatmeal
Ingredients:
• 1/3 cup oatmeal (cooked)
• 1/3 cup frozen blueberries
• 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
(such as Muscle Milk)
• 2 tbsp plain fat free yogurt

Mix together & enjoy!

Charlie’s Turkey Wrap
Ingredients:
• 1 large whole wheat tortilla
(such as La Tortilla Factory)
• 4 oz turkey breast
• 1/4 cup lowfat shredded cheese
• 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Place turkey, cheese and Italian seasoning on tortilla. Wrap tortilla around ingredients. Serve cold or microwave for 15 seconds or until warm.

Rosemary Balsamic Glazed Chicken Breast with Spinach
Ingredients:
• 4 chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
• 4 to 6 cloves of garlic (chopped)
• 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• Salt & Pepper (to taste)
• 2 to 3 stems fresh rosemary (leaves chopped)
• 4 cups raw spinach

Place chicken breasts, garlic cloves, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper and rosemary in zip top bag to marinate for 30 minutes.
Cook marinated chicken (with juices) on medium/medium-high heat in one tablespoon olive oil (turning chicken to brown on both sides).
Once cooked thoroughly, remove chicken from pan.
Place raw spinach in pan (add a pinch of salt, pepper and a clove of chopped garlic), cover and cook on medium heat for 3 minutes (or until spinach is wilted). Serves 4.
