Train with Charlie Challenge
The Train with Charlie Challenge is a 3 month (12 week) fitness and nutrition program that teaches you and your staff how to get fit and stay fit through exercise and nutrition counseling.
Charlie and his team will work with you to develop a program that will motivate and encourage your employees to adopt a more healthy lifestyle. Your investment in this program offers you the opporunity to have a more healthy staff, which can result in fewer missed work days and sometimes even lower health insurance premiums.
Week 1: Inital Orientation

Week 3: Fitness Camp Begins
We will meet two or three days per week for 8 weeks for group workouts (see
fitness camp page). The workouts will be located wherever is most convinient for the
employees. These workouts can take place at a local park or at a gym (access to Aggieland Fitness Dome is covered through TWC).
Week 12: Wrap Up
Final wrap up, measurements,
awards and motivation for moving forward!
