TWC 2008 FITNESS CAMPS

Scroll down to view our summer schedule.

TWC Boot Camps are a fun and fast paced group workout session. The one hour workouts include a warm-up, strength/cardio workout, and a stretching cool down. By balancing a variety of strength training with different cardio elements, you shock your body’s energy systems helping you to get one step closer to reaching your fitness goals.

If you are tired of the same old routine, boot camp offers a unique combination of motivation from your trainers and your peers that keep you enjoying the workouts. The group atmosphere also helps to keep you motivated and makes you feel like part of a team!

In addition, each camp includes a one hour nutrition orientation. During this orientation Charlie will not only explain to you the importance of “Supportive Nutrition” but also provide you with a meal plan, list of foods and accountability through out the six weeks. All fitness levels are welcome and encouraged to attend.  We recommend that anyone concerned please consult with a physician for medical clearance before undertaking a radical workout change.

Participants WILL be allowed to sign up for fitness camps after the start date.  We will also pro-rate camp prices if participants know that they will miss certain dates.

If you have a group of 10 or more people who want to do a fitness camp together, we can create a custom camp just for you. e would be happy to form a NEW camp for their group as long as they have 10 people.  Dates & locations will be set to your convenience.

If you are interested in signing up for a boot camp or just trying out a single session, contact our office at 979-693-3103.
