Small Group Training

Small-group coaching is the perfect solution for the person looking for the benefits of one-on-one coaching and the social interaction of team training. Ideal for groups of 2 to 5 individuals of similar fitness capacities or with similar fitness goals, your small-group workouts will be tailored to address your group's specific needs and goals. Each group will begin with a fitness assessment and from that point we design a program specifically to meet each client’s needs and goals.  At the end of the month we re-access each client to show them their improvements. This allows us to continue making progress with our clients and avoids plateaus.  

If you have a few friends or family members you'd like to train with, this is the option for you. If you don't currently have a group, but would like to train with a small group, your Train With Charlie coach will do their best to match you with similarly situated individuals.

Pricing (for the group, not per person):

We feel that nutrition is such an essential component of our program that it is discussed during every workout session. You also have the option of scheduling a Dietary Guidance Session with Charlie for 50% off with the purchase of a month training program.

Fitness Assessment includes: Body Fat Test, Weigh in, Blood Pressure, Various Endurance Tests, and Various Strength Exercise Tests.
