



Have you decided you're ready to get in the best shape of your life? Great! Getting started with College Station CrossFit is very simple. Because we want your experience to be enjoyable, we will schedule a fitness consultation to meet with you first, then depending on your current fitness capacity, goals and preferences we will place you in one of the following programs. We offer an on-ramp program for people new to crossfit, one-on-one, small-group and group coaching.
New members will complete a four week On-Ramp course which is made up of 10 group classes with a College Station CrossFit coach. During these sessions your coach will teach you the fundamental movements of CrossFit, and together you will define the path for achieving your fitness goals.
This program is offered every month and kicks off the first week of every month. The introductory class is offered on Mondays and Wednesdays at 7pm. Each On-Ramp course is capped at 10 athletes. You must attend a minimum of 8 classes of the 10 offered in order to move on and attend regularly scheduled classes. If you are unable to attend the scheduled group session you may schedule a private make up for $60 - you can split this with another person if they miss as well.
If we feel you still need additional coaching before advancing to regular classes you may be required to sign up for private coaching sessions at the conclusion of the On-Ramp course. For more information, please email info@collegestationcrossfit.com.
