Scrambled Eggs and English muffin
Total: 10 minutes
2 servings
• 6 egg whites
• 2 whole grain/whole wheat English muffins
• Smart Squeeze (or other calorie-free butter substitute)
• 4 tsp Natural Honey
• Salt and pepper
1. Scramble egg whites in small skillet; salt and pepper to taste
2. Toast both English muffins, top with Smart Squeeze and drizzle honey
3. Serve and enjoy!
Bluberry Muffin Oatmeal
Total: 6 minutes
1 serving
• ½ cup whole oats
• 1 cup water
• ¼ cup frozen blueberries
• 2 tsp Splenda
• 2 tbsp Fat-free plain yogurt
• 1 scoop Vanilla Muscle Milk (optional)
1. Combine oats, water, and Splenda and cook in microwave on high for about 4 minutes
2. Add blueberries and stir to melt
3. Add Muscle Milk and stir until combined
4. Top with yogurt and blend slightly
(This is good sprinkled with cinnamon too!)
