If you are searching for a fitness program that is fun and will keep you interested year round then BodyFit might just be what you are looking for. Right now is the best time to get started on a new fitness program and we want to let you come try out a BodyFit class FREE! We are going to begin offering FREE Saturday morning classes at 8am at our location on Texas & Holleman in College Station across from HEB. 

What is BodyFit?

BodyFit is a full body workout that incorporates the use of dumbells, kettlebells, plyo boxes, medicine balls, body bars and various bodyweight exercises to keep your workouts fresh and always offering you something new. BodyFit workouts are never the same and they challenge all fitness levels. BodyFit workouts are indoors and offer weight equipment that traditional "boot camps" do not offer, this allows you to continue to challenge yourself and not hit a plateau.

If you are not working out, bored with your workouts or just need something different then you definitely need to attend one of the FREE Saturday workouts.
