It is so easy to give in to those excuses and distractions. Besides leaving things as they are is easier... it doesn’t require any effort... you don’t have to eat right or exercise but you will look and feel the same also. So is easier and the same what you really want? Charlie will keep you motivated and incorporate all five components of optimal health (strength training, weight management, cardiovascular exercise, nutrition, and flexibility training). He will also help you set obtainable fitness goals, with an emphasis on nutrition counseling and exercise.
Charlie expertly provides enthusiasm, motivation and support for the exercise and nutritional programs he develops for each of his clients. He taught me that fitness isn't impossible and the more results I see, the more encouraged I am to keep going.
