"The trainers at TWC are amazing."

Deciding to hire a personal trainer takes a lot of commitment…both emotionally and financially!  Suddenly, not showing up at the gym not only affects you, but also can affect the person you have an appointment with!  However, it has also been the greatest single thing I have done for both me and my family.  The trainers at TWC are amazing.  Yes, I have had physical progress, and continue to reach goals in endurance, strength and weight loss…but what I have noticed so much more is my attitude on life has changed.  Food is no longer a crutch, or a coping device…it’s fuel.  Exercise is no longer a torture that I endure, it’s a stress reliever. And, fitness has become something that I truly enjoy

Charlie Lima has taken his passion for fitness and has helped me develop an understanding that I can use on a daily basis to be a better person, and to feel better about myself.  I find myself more productive and confident at work, and even more patient at home with the kids.  The commitment Charlie and his trainers have to ME…is very motivating. 

I have trained with Doug Monkhouse for the last few years.  He has developed a program that keeps me challenged, while keeping in mind my special needs! J  I don’t feel like I am just another client…the sessions are tailored towards my goals and I get a truly customized workout.  Plus… the conversation is just plain fun and I look forward to them each time.  I know I can count on Doug to show up…and to even answer my questions outside of the gym!

Having participated in individual and group sessions, as well as boot camps, I have had an opportunity to work with many of the trainers at TWC.  Honestly, each one brings something so special and unique to the table.  Each has the ability to help you attain a personal goal, and all are willing to celebrate with you when you do!  They are a top notch group of trainers that are in it for the results.  Charlie has found the secret to success that we all strive for everyday….find what you love, surround yourself with others who have the same passion, and watch your business grow.  I am thankful to be part of this unique, inspiring, and life changing group of men and women.  Thanks TWC.
