The next 40 Day Challenge starts Monday, January 18th.  Learn how to eat healthy thoughout this program that has helped people lose up to 32 pounds!  If your trying to get rid of that little belly fat or if you are trying to kick start any amount of weight, the 40 Day Challenge can get you the results you want.  The class is limited to 15 participants.  You can sign up by emailing charlie@trainwithcharlie.com and writing "40 Day Challenge" in the subject box.

The Train With Charlie 40 Day Challenge is a program designed to get you started on a plan that will give you fast and effective results allowing you to be on your way to long-term health. Want to lose weight, trim body fat, learn how to be healthy, change your unhealthy habits, and get in shape?  We have a Registered Dietitian on staff who will review your food journals and give you feedback in order to improve your eating habits.
