What is an Outdoor Fitness Camp?

Have you heard of Boot Camps?  We like to call them Outdoor Fitness Camps.  This is a 1 hour workout aimed at mixing strength training and cardio for a full body workout. Workouts are designed for all levels of fitness with the goal to increase muscular strength, muscular endurance, and cardiovascular fitness. Camps are 4 weeks in length. Clients are allowed to pro rate camps and join a camp already in progress.
